Job Summary
Lead the Mission Beach Hotel gaming room by knowing regulars by name, maintaining absolute compliance with QLD liquor and gaming regulations, and mentoring a dedicated floor host crew. Work closely with the Publican to ensure the room runs smoothly, safely, and within all rules while sharing gaming expertise to elevate team performance. Bring warm, country-coastal service and friendly smiles to every shift, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for the local community and tourists. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must hold current RSA and RSG licenses and possess deep understanding of safe gaming practices.
Required Qualifications
- You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
- You've got a current RSA and RSG as per state requirements
- Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
- Candidates will be required to complete Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
