Job Summary
Manage the Capalaba Tavern gaming room by knowing regulars by name, maintaining absolute compliance with QLD liquor and gaming regulations, and mentoring the host crew. Lead from the front line to foster a welcoming atmosphere, work closely with the Publican to ensure smooth operations, and share gaming expertise to drive exceptional customer service. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries. You must hold a current RSA and RSG. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a gaming room attendant, supervisor, or manager
- Current RSA and RSG as per state requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently including manual handling and lifting (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries)
- Understanding of compliance and safe gaming
- Completion of Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
