Job Summary
Gaming Manager to own our gaming operations at The Camp Hill Hotel. Lead a team, ensure compliant, safe, and high-service gaming room operations, maintain machine presentation and promotions, and deliver proactive service to keep regulars engaged. Partner with the Publican to run a compliant room, coach the team to be the best in the biz, and bring great service, friendly demeanor, and positive energy to every shift. Must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting/moving stock, kegs, deliveries) and hold a current RSA with RSG/RCG as per state requirements. The role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, customer experience, policy adherence, and operational excellence, embedding a Mine Host persona and representing the gaming room professionally across Endeavour Group brands.
