Job Summary
Conduct all cash desk transactions, OTB bets, and terminal fixes while ensuring customer safety and adhering to WHR company procedures. Secure terminal keys, count cash drawers hourly and at shift close, and handle jackpot transfers confidentially. Complete customer transactions accurately, maintain a clean work area, and perform assigned floor duties including restroom cleaning and equipment care. Communicate constantly with the Manager regarding shift matters. Maintain punctuality by reporting 5 minutes before morning shifts and 15 minutes before night shift changes. Must be 21 or older with at least one year of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient understanding and use of basic mathematical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of mechanical operations
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Able to pass background check
- Able to pass drug screen
