Job Summary
Gaming Attendant role in Essendon pubs within the Endeavour Group network. Responsible for delivering warm, authentic service, executing machine payouts and cash handling in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations, and ensuring RSA and RCG/RSG compliance. Engage guests to create memorable moments, support a culture of safety and responsible service, and be available across day, evenings and weekends as part of a team. Emphasis on customer service, hospitality excellence, and physical tasks such as manual handling and lifting in a hands-on gaming environment.
