Engage guests by sharing product passion and creating memorable experiences while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Contribute to a culture of responsibility by ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations (RSA/RSG/RCG). Complete machine payouts and handle cash tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications and have flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends.
