Job Summary
Engage guests by sharing product passion and creating memorable experiences while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Contribute to a culture of responsibility by ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol and gaming regulations. Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks strictly in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries. Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications are required. Flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
- Motivation to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations
- Flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- Completion of Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
