Job Summary
Games Team Member at Magic Springs Theme & Water Park (Seasonal). Responsibilities include encouraging guests to play games, explaining game rules, observing play to ensure rules are followed, ensuring payment is received before guests play, delivering courteous guest service, assisting supervisors in cleaning stock areas and stands, keeping stands stocked, and maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Requires good attendance and punctuality. Must be at least 16 years old. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Sales and customer service experience beneficial
- Previous customer service and cash handling skills preferred
- Must possess oral and written English skills and must be able to communicate with guest and other employees effectively
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Energy and enthusiasm for long shifts
- Available to work overtime if over 18 years of age
- Required to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to walk or stand for up to 6 to 8 hours a shift
- Requires occasional kneeling and bending
- Requires occasional reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling
- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 30 pounds
- Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech
