Job Summary
Repair and maintain building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests to ensure ideal player conditions. Greet guests with enthusiasm, manage wait times, and address requests or complaints promptly. Load and refill tickets in redemption games, stock and secure merchandise, and conduct inventory checks. Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly game maintenance, clean and organize the midway, and ensure all areas are up to standard. Work days, nights, and weekends as required in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods.
