Job Summary
Repair and maintain building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests to ensure ideal player conditions. Greets guests with enthusiasm, answers questions, and resolves issues by notifying managers of unhappy guests or unusual matters. Loads and refills tickets in redemption games, secures storage areas, and conducts merchandise inventory. Restocks supplies, cleans and organizes the midway, and positions displays to promote sales. Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly game maintenance, assist with general store upkeep, and discuss problem areas with management. Work days, nights, and weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members
- Must be friendly
- Must be able to smile a lot
- Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work off an extension ladder
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
