Job Summary
Repair and maintain building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests to ensure ideal player conditions. Load and refill tickets in redemption games, stock and secure merchandise, and conduct inventory checks. Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly game maintenance, organize the tech room, and ensure all displays are clean, unobstructed, and properly positioned to promote sales. Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer requests, and notify managers of any unhappy guests or unusual matters. Work days, nights, and weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members
- Must be friendly
- Must be able to smile a lot
- Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work off an extension ladder
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
