Job Summary
Repair and maintain building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests to maintain ideal player conditions. Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring all storage areas are secured. Conduct merchandise inventory, stock displays, and organize the midway to increase guest traffic. Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly game maintenance, including cleaning, unobstructing games, and setting up displays. Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding problems and take corrective action. Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer requests, and bid farewell while managing wait times. Work days, nights, and weekends as required in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members
- Must be friendly
- Must be able to smile a lot
- Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work off an extension ladder
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
