Job Summary
Repair and maintain building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests to ensure ideal player conditions. Greets guests with enthusiasm, answers requests, and resolves issues by notifying supervisors of unusual matters or suggesting corrective actions. Loads and refills tickets in redemption games, conducts merchandise inventory, and ensures all displays are properly positioned to promote sales. Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly game maintenance, manage wait times, and maintain a cooperative working climate with team members. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members
- Must be friendly
- Must be able to smile a lot
- Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Must be able to work off an extension ladder
- Must be able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Must be able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
