Job Summary
Games Delivery Expert at Betclic responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of casino games to market. Manages monthly game releases, configures games in back-office systems, and collaborates with QA, compliance, product, and customer support to guarantee high-quality player experiences. Acts as internal subject-matter expert on casino games, conducts pre-release QA, monitors live performance, ensures regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, maintains release notes and internal documentation, and provides second-line support for player issues. Requires strong ownership, precision, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated gaming environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in online casino operations, game delivery, QA, or game platform management
- Strong understanding of casino game mechanics (RNG slots, jackpots, live casino, table games)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience with back-office configuration or gaming platforms (e.g. Relax, Playtech IMS, EveryMatrix)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
