Job Summary
Games Attendant at Main Event floor: oversee and engage Guests with a tech-savvy, fun-focused approach; monitor and stock games (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing), assist with questions on point redemption, perform minor repairs on games and gear, report wear or damage to the Technical Team, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, FUN-focused guest experience. Requires strong guest service orientation, comfort with technology, ability to work with management and other staff, and availability for varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
