Job Summary
Monitor activities including Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe. Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service, making redemption suggestions, and assisting guests with questions regarding point redemption. Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests while partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards by performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties. Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN.
