Job Summary
Operate assigned games safely while ensuring daily per-capita sales goals are met. Encourage guests to participate by hosting them and actively advertise game sales. Adhere to strict cash handling procedures, including counting cash at shift start and end. Maintain a clean work area and follow proper grooming, uniform, and name badge requirements. Communicate effectively with the Games Supervisor regarding guest interactions and lost items. Only operate games for which you have received training. Perform duties in all weather conditions while standing and walking for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Report to work 30 minutes before the park opens in the correct uniform, name badge and properly groomed.
- Must be able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs. consistently.
- Physical exertion such as frequent bending, twisting, stretching, stooping, and reaching overhead.
- Standing and walking for long periods on surfaces such as uneven surfaces and hard flooring.
- Varying work hours.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions in a wide range of temperatures.
- Display a willingness to learn.
- Ability to establish priorities, works independently, and proceeds with objectives without supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Display an outgoing, energetic personality.

Desired Qualifications
- Attending high school.
- High school diploma or GED certificate is preferred.
- Previous experience performing in front of groups is strongly preferred.
