Job Summary

Lead development for a project or initiative; champion technical excellence and player experience. Guide, mentor, and help build a highly effective programming team. Collaborate with art and design to create and iterate on gameplay features, while maintaining strong architectural and algorithmic direction. Work with Unreal Engine teams to contribute to feature development; optimize and fix bugs in existing systems. Write robust, maintainable code and contribute ideas across production and development lifecycles. Requires leadership experience in programming, significant game or real-time tech development background, proficiency in C++, and strong collaboration skills. Open to multiple locations in North America (including CA & WA).

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a leader in a programming role
  • Significant experience developing games or other interactive real-time technology applications
  • Proficiency in C++ with a deep understanding of gameplay systems, mechanics, and tools
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers
  • Strong teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Verse and Unreal Editor for Fortnite is a plus
