Job Summary
Greet and support guests and teams, monitor game play, and assist staff during sessions. Reset game rooms before and after each session. Handle administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, appointment bookings, and invoicing. Perform minor cleaning duties in restrooms and entry areas. Work primarily in the afternoon, evenings, and weekends. Earn 18 hours per week at 857.34 gross plus holiday premiums, with the option to increase hours after several months. After six months, you are entitled to the 13th and 14th salary.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (beides ist Voraussetzung)
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Teamgeist und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Arbeitszeiten hauptsächlich am Nachmittag/Abend sowie an Wochenenden
