Job Summary
Scan tickets at gates and parking lots, operate the FAQ table, and roam the stadium to answer fan questions and assist with matchday operations. Maintain a fan-first attitude while solving problems and providing support in customer-facing environments. This role requires experience in fan service and the willingness to jump in anywhere during games. Compensation is $15 an hour. The Charleston Battery seeks dedicated staff to boost the fan experience at their matches.
