Job Summary
Enforce tailgating guidelines and monitor Reliant Stadium parking lots to document signage and operational concerns. Interact with fans before, during, and after home games to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues. Represent the Club as a source of information regarding gameday activities and assist staff on all Texans events. Perform various assigned tasks within the Business operations offices while maintaining face-to-face contact in Club premises. Requires standing for prolonged periods and routine in-person interaction with personnel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a positive, winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of, and experience in, applying best-in-class customer service principles
- Walking around and standing for prolonged periods of time in various Club premises in and around Reliant Stadium and Reliant Park as may be assigned
- Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner
- Permanent addresses in the Houston metropolitan and surrounding areas
