Job Summary
Support fan engagement activities during home matchdays including fan zones, promotional activations, and supporter engagement initiatives. Represent Lexington Sporting Club at community events, festivals, youth sports games, and partner activations. Set up and operate marketing tents, tables, signage, prize wheels, inflatables, and promotional displays. Engage event attendees in friendly, knowledgeable conversations about the club, upcoming matches, and ticket opportunities. Distribute promotional materials, fan giveaways, and marketing collateral. Capture basic photo or video content from events for internal recaps and reporting. Track event participation and assist with basic post-event reporting. Assist with transportation, setup, and breakdown of event equipment and marketing materials. Availability includes evenings and weekends during match season and community events.
Required Qualifications
- Availability for evenings and weekends during match season and community events
- Ability to lift and transport event materials and equipment (up to 25 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during events
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with individuals and groups in public settings
Desired Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate pursuing Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
