Job Summary
Facilitate and process "50/50" raffle ticket sales via electronic devices at stationary and mobile locations during scheduled UCF Athletics home games and events. Proactively approach, engage, and invite fans to participate in the raffle, educating them on details and rules while accurately handling all transactions. Serve as a brand ambassador representing UCF Athletics with exceptional service, ensuring compliance with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules. Attendance at all scheduled home games is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Attendance at all scheduled home games / matches
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time
- Person of integrity and character
- Commitment for world class customer service
- Knowing / complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or speaking with groups
- Demonstrated interest in public speaking, networking and sales
