Job Summary
Gameday Service Representatives needed to support Saints/Pelicans gamedays across Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Pontchartrain Center. Responsibilities include assisting ADA/accessible seating requests, distributing promotional giveaways, supporting group sales giveaways, delivering elevated customer experiences to season ticket holders and fans, staffing ticket box offices, and helping with setup/takedown of sales and service areas. Must thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate teamwork, provide excellent customer service, be comfortable on gamedays, and be able to stand for several hours and lift up to 25 pounds. Availability to work all Pelicans home games (42) and Saints home games (10), plus potential additional events, with flexibility for evenings, holidays, and weekends.
