Job Summary
Handle game floor calls for bowling, simulators, and arcade machines while performing preventative maintenance and repairing broken equipment. Test every game weekly, complete assigned maintenance and cleaning checklists, and ensure all instant win games are stocked with prizes. Inform the Technical Manager of potential machine problems and maintain a neat workshop and safe work environment. Maintain game appearance and stocking throughout open hours. No prior experience required; some mechanical background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Professional
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and employees
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of fractions and weight measurement, volume, and distance
