Job Summary
Handle calls on the game floor, bowling, and simulators regarding non-functioning machines. Perform basic preventative maintenance, test every game weekly, and inform the Technical Manager of potential issues. Maintain stocking levels for instant win games and prizes, complete assigned weekly maintenance and cleaning checklists, and ensure a neat workshop. Keep the facility clean and safe while maintaining game appearance throughout open hours. This entry-level role requires a technical disposition, attention to detail, and self-drive. No prior experience required; some mechanical background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Working knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Office Professional
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and employees
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- Ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform operations using units of fractions and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Natural attention to detail
