Job Summary
Partner with game, product, and QA teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and architect temporary workarounds for a hit game enjoyed by millions of players. Integrate SDKs and software services by quickly understanding the technology stack, while gathering feedback to improve processes and documentation. Become an expert in Client Games technical products to guide developers through complex systems and ensure successful resolutions. Work independently as a self-starter, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical parties to align on priorities and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive software engineering experience
- Multiple years of mobile app development experience, including building clients for both iOS and Android
- Experience developing server based systems
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both spoken and written
- Enjoy working with people and troubleshooting problems
- A passion and ability to understand complex technical systems and be able to navigate them
Desired Qualifications
- Xamarin development
- Experience with Node.js/React server development
- Game development experience
- Prior customer facing or support experience
- Experience integrating complex third-party SDKs
- Experience with complex APIs
