Job Summary
Host live casino games for Korean-speaking players while maintaining game accuracy, integrity, and compliance with operational guidelines. Present games clearly, deliver an excellent player experience through confident communication, and work closely with supervisors and studio teams to ensure smooth operations. Participate in paid training to continuously develop product knowledge and presentation skills, meeting quality standards and KPI targets. Requires native or fluent Korean and English, willingness to relocate to Armenia, and availability for 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. Join a dynamic international team with free night shift taxi service, gym membership, and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Native/fluent in Korean, both oral and written
- Fluent in English
- Confident, professional and customer-oriented presentation skills
- Willingness to relocate to Armenia
- Available to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (2 days on / 2 days off)
- Positive, pro-active approach to work, with a flexible can-do attitude
- A sense of responsibility and aspire to be the best at what you do
