Job Summary
Coordinate all on-court activations, promotions, and entertainment for Atlanta Hawks home games by serving as the liaison for National Anthem, halftime performers, and assigned groups from arrival to departure. Lead fan interactive elements including contestant selection, manage game presentation inventory and props, and support rehearsals for contests, performances, and special effects. Prepare promotional items and assist with production of lighting, streamers, CO2, and pyrotechnics while communicating effectively with team members and sales teams. Work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Background in casting, sports, live entertainment, production, staging, or event planning is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (all Hawks home games)
- Ability to be responsible, reliable, accountable, problem solve, and multi-task with a sense of urgency
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to interact effectively and in a professional, diplomatic, and mature manner with internal and external parties
