Job Summary
Oversee live tracking and event validation across global sports leagues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high team performance. Lead Game Operations & Team Performance by developing expertise in tracking systems, troubleshooting failures, and managing a large pool of contractors. Maintain operational documentation, optimize workflows, and support staffing decisions aligned with engineering developments and client SLAs. Monitor data quality and evaluate discrepancies to ensure accurate delivery, while guiding rotating international teams during live matches and game days. Act as the main point of contact for Genius IQ games, applying real-time decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to various sporting league schedules, including early mornings and late evenings. Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure seamless coordination across multiple offices.
