Game Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and coordinate game releases and content updates across multiple environments while managing configurations, metadata, and environment-specific parameters. Support business-as-usual operations by coordinating routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments. Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness, structured testing, and smooth debut execution. Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, working with internal teams to resolve configuration and integration issues. Monitor live operational processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality. This role requires 2+ years of experience in game operations or content distribution, with a preference for iGaming familiarity. Candidates must be authorized to work in the posting location without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, release coordination, or a similar technical or operational role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and collaborators
- High attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Flexibility to support release windows and operational blocking issues when required
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors is considered an advantage
- Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems is preferred
- Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems is beneficial
