Game Operations Internship

Job Summary
Attend all home games of the Allen Americans and assist in the execution of theme nights, promotions, and performance groups including anthem singers and color guards. Manage the Chuck-A-Puck table and 50/50 sales booth throughout games while assisting with A/V booth support and production team coordination. Handle setup and tear-down preparation on game days and work closely with the Director of Game Presentation and Marketing. This non-paid internship runs from October 2026 through April 2027 or the completion of playoffs, requiring housing and transportation in the Allen Area. Applicants must be available to work every home game and possess strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the sports industry preferred
- Preferred to be working towards a four-year college degree or graduate degree, or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sports Management
