Job Summary
Monitor all radio frequencies, answer calls, and dispatch appropriate parties to resolve customer issues at the Event Command Center. Track status of 247 incidents, radios, and telephone systems while creating and populating event reports. Record guest-related incidents, injuries, and threats in 24/7 Incident management software, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Communicate event information to departments and follow up on staff or building needs. Provide world-class customer service to guests while maintaining calm and courtesy. Report hazards to management immediately. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate/GED or equivalent combination of education and skills
- 2 years of related experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility to work events including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using ISS 24/7 Incident Management System, preferred
