Game Master/Game Facilitator

Game Master/Game Facilitator needed to join Activate Games in Heron City, Stockholm. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments and bookings, facilitating games and providing clear instructions, encouraging players, maintaining game rooms and equipment, and performing light sales/operational tasks. Ideal candidates are cheerful, energetic, customer-service focused, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, reliable, flexible, and proactive. Must speak Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus. No prior customer service experience required—the right attitude matters. Opportunities to grow into leadership roles such as Team Leader or Store Manager in the future. Shifts are flexible, predominantly weekday evenings and weekends, with estimated weekly hours from 5–30 and potential full-time consideration for the right candidate.
