Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, answer game-related inquiries, and explain rules while monitoring arcade machines for proper working order. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, including game machines and seating areas, and assist guests with redeeming tickets for prizes. Ensure the prize counter is well-stocked, enforce safety rules and guidelines, and monitor the area to guarantee a safe environment for all guests. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role supports Es Vedra Cinemas' mission to create immersive entertainment experiences across 18 locations, requiring a hospitality-minded attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions
Desired Qualifications
- High school student or graduate preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
