Job Summary
Greet guests, assist with arcade games and attractions, explain game rules, monitor and maintain arcade machines, assist with redeeming tickets for prizes, and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable arcade floor. Enforce safety rules; work as part of a team; handle guest questions about games; support the prize counter and maintain game-area organization; comfortable in a loud environment with potential for standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. High school student or graduate preferred; 16+ years old; availability during holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school student or graduate preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
