Job Summary
Game Floor Attendant on the arcade floor ensuring smooth operation of the arcade area, assisting guests with game-related inquiries, maintaining cleanliness and functionality of arcade machines, and contributing to a fun environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining game rules, aiding with game-related issues, monitoring machines, keeping the arcade floor neat and organized, assisting with ticket redemption at the prize counter, enforcing safety rules, and performing related duties as needed. Must be hospitality-minded, team-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds in a loud, high-energy entertainment environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school student or graduate preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in loud environment with flashing lights and repetitive motions
