Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, explain game rules, and assist with arcade-related inquiries while monitoring machines for proper working order. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the arcade floor, including game machines and seating areas. Help guests redeem tickets for prizes by ensuring the prize counter is well-stocked and organized. Monitor the arcade area to ensure a safe environment, enforce safety rules and guidelines, and perform other related duties as necessary. This role requires availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions
Desired Qualifications
- High school student or graduate preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
