Job Summary
Guide players through check-in, support customers during gameplay, and maintain store performance in a fast-paced environment. Brief new groups thoroughly, observe the gaming area for explanations, and participate in games to ensure an excellent experience. Handle transactions, issue receipts, and manage facility maintenance including cleaning, disinfecting lockers, and resetting wristbands. Address game malfunctions immediately with team support and touch up equipment as needed. This part-time role at our Halifax store requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts starting as early as 8 am and ending as late as 1 am.
