Game Developer

Game Developer for Hellbreak TCG responsible for analyzing card designs, managing external playtest networks, and translating qualitative playtest data into actionable design refinements while integrating horror-themed elements into physical rules. Responsibilities include reviewing card files with designers, sourcing and managing external playtesters and alpha/beta groups, synthesizing feedback and match data to address dominant strategies and power creep, collaborating to translate narrative horror into elegant analog rules, and serving as the primary technical liaison for external co-development partners to ensure deliverables meet design and documentation standards. This is a contract opportunity based in New York City with four in-office days.
