Job Summary
Assist in designing gameplay features, systems, and levels; document gameplay content and level layouts; research market trends and player behavior to improve game quality; collaborate with Producers, Artists, and Programmers to ensure design vision is implemented; identify gameplay issues and propose solutions, contributing to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of game design principles
- Knowledge of mobile, PC, and console gaming markets
- Understanding of monetization strategies, player retention, and reward systems
- Basic programming knowledge to understand scripts and technical constraints
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for documentation and presentations
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
