Job Summary
Supervise assigned non-profit groups to ensure quality food and beverage service and maintain a safe, efficient, guest-focused operation at concession stands. Serve as the primary link between NPO groups and Legends management, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering an exceptional fan experience. Monitor product levels to avoid shortages, conduct accurate pre- and post-event inventories, and enforce rules outlined in the NPO training manual. Operate or oversee point-of-sale systems, provide outstanding customer service, and resolve guest or staff issues quickly. Assist in training and motivating NPO groups while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role requires availability for all AT&T Stadium events, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate
- Must possess Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) Certification
- Must be available to work all AT&T Stadium events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical requirements: Ability to walk long distances
- Physical requirements: Ability to use hands to handle food and equipment
- Physical requirements: Ability to reach with arms
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage operations, concessions, or supervisory roles
