Job Summary
Coordinate parking lot setup, tear-down, and directional traffic flow; manage stadium equipment staging, barricades, and field gear; and deliver customer service to fans via ticket scanning and ushering. Provide real-time feedback to leadership on entry/exit efficiency, seat assignment, and concession operations to optimize game day improvements. Work nights, weekends, and holidays at First Horizon Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and standing in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Must be able to work at least 80% of home games for the NC Courage throughout the 2026 season.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, fans, and other office staff.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and interactions with fans to ensure they are maximizing their game day experience enjoyment.
- The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions.
