Game Day Staff

Seasonal, part-time Game Day Staff for Hartford Yard Goats at Dunkin Park. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, helping guests locate seats and escorting them as needed, assisting with access control and ensuring guests are in proper locations, resolving guest challenges related to stadium rules and tickets, maintaining knowledge of stadium operations and ticket office policies, and performing duties across roles such as Usher, Ticket Taker/Scanner, Parking Attendant, Guest Services, and Hospitality attendant. Requires strong verbal/interpersonal skills, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and availability to work home games, special events, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
