Job Summary
Prepare stadium and event areas by setting up equipment, arranging seating, and placing materials for game day. Verify ticket validity and manage crowd entry as the first point of contact for spectators. Guide guests to seats, provide assistance during the event, and address questions or concerns to maintain order. Work Monday through Sunday, five to eight hours per game, with consistent attendance required for up to 20 home games including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and available for all remaining home games.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience with college, high school, club or professional sports
- One (1) year of public facing service-related experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexibility to work various hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be available to work at the remaining CFC home games
- Outgoing personality with big excitement for Chattanooga FC soccer
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and a teamworking skills
- Dedicated to doing a great job and not afraid to work hard
- Ability to foster strong relationships and build trust with others
- Capability to represent the Club with professionalism, respect, and accountability
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and challenges
- Must have or be willing to complete SafeSport training before first scheduled home game
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and/or 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to sit, climb, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended time
- Must be able to work in external elements including heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid and extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment screening(s) that include background check
Desired Qualifications

- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred but not required
