Job Summary
Support weekend and gameday activations for the Notre Dame partnerships team, including Friday night dinners, Saturday on-site events, and campus tour guiding for prospects and clients. Track inventory and cage gear, manage metrics and data for the Citi Shamrock Classic, and provide recaps for partners and the Pub Network. Assist with hosting client campus events throughout the year and lead various projects leading up to and recapping from weekly events. This role requires on-site presence at the University of Notre Dame and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and ability to multitask a few projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
