Job Summary
Conduct security screening of guests, employees, contractors, and event staff using walkthrough metal detectors, handheld wands, and bag searches. Greet guests upon arrival and say farewell at departure while managing ingress and egress crowd control. Retain extensive knowledge of permitted and prohibited items and implement the credentialing system to identify access levels. Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas and attend pre-event briefings for event-specific details. Assist with emergency procedures including safe facility evacuations. Ensure your metal detector remains unattended at all times. Work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays at Whataburger Field.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
