Job Summary
Assist with stadium merchandise setup and sell promotional items to fans throughout game days. Provide outstanding customer service, manage guest complaints, and direct patrons using knowledge of stadium layout and emergency protocols. Adhere to safety work habits and North Carolina Courage policies while working nights, weekends, and holidays. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly. Join the National Women's Soccer League team to enhance the fan experience during the 2026 season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Must be able to work at least 80% of home games for the NC Courage throughout the 2026 season.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, fans, and other office staff.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
