Job Summary
Log all game-day video assets in Iconik by adding specific metadata tags such as player name, play type, and yardage. Transcribe descriptions of the logged footage and ensure all video content is processed by the following morning. Maintain professionalism while communicating with internal and external contacts, keeping all information confidential. This part-time, seasonal role reports to the Media Asset Manager within the Detroit Lions Digital Asset Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work evening/overnight hours
- Basic understanding of video formats and equipment
- General understanding of NFL rules, teams, players and culture
- Detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working individual who can exercise judgment independently
- Must be technically savvy and able to troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must possess excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills
- Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
