Job Summary
Concours merchandise sales, POS transactions, and inventory restocking during home games and select events. Engage fans with brand promotions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain retail presentation standards. Escort mascots through the arena, protect costumes, and manage promotional appearances including on-ice contests and community outreach. Supervise the Kids Club area, resolve conflicts, and sell memberships while assisting with arena clear-outs. Perform pre-game and post-game setup and tear-down of merchandise stands. Available for all 2026/2027 home games with a base rate of $16.90/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of lifting and moving products
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and fans in a professional manner
- Able to complete basic math calculations when filling out merchandise inventory information or dealing with customer transactions
- Able to handle minor complaints and suggestions from our guests in a calm and professional manner
- Able to learn and operate a cash register and credit card machine quickly and efficiently at the same time as interacting with customers
- Must be comfortable approaching fans and engaging in conversation, especially when finding intermission contestants
- Must be comfortable in front of large crowds and in one-on-one settings interacting with fans and providing exceptional customer service
- Must be available for all Condors home games of the 2026/2027 season
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a face to face or customer service role preferred
